“पंचक” का नाम सभी ने सुना होगा, लेकिन शायद उसका अर्थ ज्यादा लोग नहीं जानते.. अक्सर हिन्दू धर्म में शुभ कार्य जैसे शादी ब्याह, घर वास्तु, पूजा पाठ करने के समय पंचक को देखा जाता है

आज हम पंचक को समझने की कोशिश करते हैं, साथ ही जानेंगे की किस तरह ये ज्योतिष गुणों से जुड़ा हुआ है.. हमें पंचक से घबराने की जरूरत नहीं, बल्कि आप स्वयं ही जान सकते हैं कि ये कब और कैसे होता है।

वैदिक ज्योतिष में पांच नक्षत्रों के विशेष मेल से बनने वाले योग को पंचक कहा जाता है। जब चंद्रमा कुंभ और मीन राशि पर रहता है तो उस समय को पंचक कहा जाता है। चंद्रमा एक राशि में लगभग ढाई दिन रहता है इस तरह इन दो राशियों में चंद्रमा पांच दिनों तक भ्रमण करता है।
इन पांच दिनों के दौरान चंद्रमा पांच नक्षत्रों धनिष्ठा, शतभिषा, पूर्वाभाद्रपद, उत्तराभाद्रपद और रेवती से होकर गुजरता है। अतः ये पांच दिन पंचक कहे जाते हैं।

“महत्वपूर्ण है पंचक”: हिंदू संस्कृति में प्रत्येक कार्य मुहूर्त देखकर करने का विधान है। इसमें सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है पंचक। जब भी कोई कार्य प्रारंभ किया जाता है तो उसमें शुभ मुहूर्त के साथ पंचक का भी विचार किया जाता है। नक्षत्र चक्र में कुल 27 नक्षत्र होते हैं। इनमें अंतिम के पांच नक्षत्र दूषित माने गए हैं। ये नक्षत्र धनिष्ठा, शतभिषा, पूर्वाभाद्रपद, उत्तराभाद्रपद और रेवती होते हैं।
प्रत्येक नक्षत्र चार चरणों में विभाजित रहता है। पंचक धनिष्ठा नक्षत्र के तृतीय चरण से प्रारंभ होकर रेवती नक्षत्र के अंतिम चरण तक रहता है। हर दिन एक नक्षत्र होता है इस लिहाज से धनिष्ठा से रेवती तक पांच दिन हुए। ये पांच दिन पंचक होता है।

“इसलिए देखना जरूरी है पंचक”: पंचक यानी पांच। माना जाता है कि पंचक के दौरान यदि कोई अशुभ कार्य हो तो उनकी पांच बार आवृत्ति होती है। इसलिए उसका निवारण करना आवश्यक होता है। पंचक के दौरान कुछ कार्यों को करने की मनाही रहती है।

“पंचक के 5 प्रकार”:

रविवार को शुरू होने वाला पंचक रोग पंचक कहलाता है।
सोमवार को शुरू होने वाला पंचक राज पंचक कहलाता है।
मंगलवार को शुरू होने वाला पंचक अग्नि पंचक कहलाता है।
शुक्रवार को शुरू होने वाला पंचक चोर पंचक कहलाता है।
शनिवार को शुरू होने वाला पंचक मृत्यु पंचक कहलाता है।

इसके अलावा बुधवार और गुरुवार को, सोमवार और मंगलवार के पंचक के समान माना जा सकता है। ~~~
